Free shipping over $50 CAD
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 CAD to Canada and the United States.
For other eligible destinations, and for orders that do not meet the free-shipping threshold, applicable shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive tracking information by email when available.
Delivery time
Our products may ship from international fulfillment partners.
Estimated delivery is 7 to 20 business days after shipping.
These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to you by email. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipping, contact us at gildedstepsupport@gmail.com so we can investigate.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply depending on your destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
